Because our web platform does not sell physical products or charge online subscription fees, retail merchandise return policies do not apply. All online pre-qualifications are 100% free (0 CHF).
Cancelling an Intake Request
If you have submitted a pre-qualification request and wish to withdraw your inquiry, simply inform our intake desk via telephone or email at [email protected] without any cancellation penalties or fees.
